02What we collect
- Information you send us — when you use a contact form or email us: your name, business email, company and message.
- Technical and usage data — basic analytics such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, collected via cookies (clause 5).
We do not ask for or need special-category data, and the Site is not directed at children.
03Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiries and take steps toward a possible agreement — our legitimate interests / pre-contract steps.
- To run, secure and improve the Site and understand traffic — our legitimate interests.
- To send you business updates if you ask us to — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
06How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to deal with your request and a reasonable period afterwards; analytics data is kept for a shorter period. We then delete or anonymise it.
07Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, or to receive it in a portable form, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro) — though we’d appreciate the chance to help first.
